Once activated, the product is non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
If the product develops a quality-related issue, please refer to our warranty policy below.
Warranty Policy
SHARE3DCAM products come with a one-year warranty.
During the warranty period, if the product is confirmed to have a quality-related defect caused by the product itself, SHARE3DCAM will provide free repair service. Related repair costs and shipping costs will be covered by SHARE3DCAM.
Outside of the warranty period, if the product develops a quality-related issue, customers may return the product for paid repair service. Related shipping and repair costs will be borne by the customer.
Warranty service does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper operation, accidental drops, water damage, unauthorized repair, modification, or other non-product-related causes. In such cases, customers may return the product for paid repair service.
After-Sales and Warranty Support Materials
To process an after-sales or warranty request, customers may be required to provide the order number, product serial number, clear photos, videos, software screenshots if applicable, and a clear description of the issue.
Clear photos and videos can help us identify the issue more quickly and provide support more efficiently.
Delivery Damage, Missing Items, or Package Abnormalities
Please inspect the package and product as soon as possible after delivery.
If you notice any shipping damage, missing items, package abnormalities, or visible product issues, please contact us within 3 days after delivery so that we can assist with logistics verification and follow-up in time.
We recommend recording an unboxing video when opening the package. The video can help us verify the package status, product condition, and included accessories if after-sales support is needed.
Factory Inspection Marks
Before shipment, our products undergo quality inspection and functional testing. Therefore, slight and regular inspection marks may appear on certain parts, such as screws, connectors, or mounting areas.
These marks do not affect product performance, function, or service life, and are not considered product quality issues.
